Tuesday 7 November 2023
8 - 10 a.m.
Auditorium | La Pastorale
Organised by the International Geneva Welcome Centre (CAGI) and PwC, this information session is aimed at NGOs wishing to improve their accounting management.
The speakers will start with a comprehensive update on current accounting regulations, with a particular focus on Swiss GAAP RPC standards. But understanding the regulations is only the beginning. The speakers will then dive into the accounting best practices essential for ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while pointing out potential errors that can hamper NGO performance and compliance. Finally, they will look at the crucial concepts and issues involved in an audit. This step, far more than a simple obligation, is the foundation of good governance and guarantees transparency towards stakeholders.
At the end of this information session, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills you need to manage your NGO's accounting with confidence and integrity.
